How do I put together a CSS and HTML Source file in Dreamweaver?

Question by Len: How do I put together a CSS and HTML Source file in Dreamweaver?
I have dreamweaver CS4.

I have two files open, index.html with ‘source code’ in it, and default.css
how can I combine the two so they are both under index.html? thanks!

You already open your default.css, right ?
Go to index.html, and after , add this :

    It should be done for you. There are templates. Explore it when you first open the program. You have all kinds of templates.
