Entire form (from HTML snippet) is not showing up iWeb-generated webpage?

Question by Universal Citizen: Entire form (from HTML snippet) is not showing up iWeb-generated webpage?
Can iWeb allow you to create forms? Since I could not find how, I created a form manually using HTML snippets. Unfortunately, when I review the site, the bottom of the form (ie the last few questions and the reset and submission buttons do not appear. They are simply chopped off.

Here is the bottom part of the form:

Event Location & Schedule

Do you already have an available and paid location from which the event can be held?

Yes

What is the full street address of the proposed location (number and street, Unit #, city, town, state, ZIP code, Country, tel, fax, email)?

When do you propose?

Contact Details of Organizer

Full name of organizer / primary contact person (first & family names):
Telephone # (including area code):
Email address:

try this. After you place the snippet where you want it on the page click apply—- then resize the handles so it fully accommodates the size of the form– but do not click apply again, just publish. This has worked for many people.
