I am going to lunch a very big project where 10,000+ individual page may needed. Yes, I know WordPress, Joomla, Drupal is there. But my project has some Special Requirements. Where Every Page Should Published as Individual Page, URL must Contain the Heading of Page, Easy Navigation, SEO is MUST, Should be saved Individual Static Page under Category, Category Need Sub Category, Must meet HTTP Code If-Modified-Since (HTTP 304 Not Modified). Last option – Easy Administration. Help Me Please …

    As the other guys said Joomla! is the one for you. If you use it with a combination of SEF on and a third party device such as SEF Patch (http://www.joomlatwork.com/) and SEFAdvance (http://www.sakic.net/products/sef_advance/) you will get a very good outcome.

    I use those on a number of Joomla sites that I provide web hosting for and they all get found nicely by the Search Engines.

    The Joomlatwork SEF patch is a must if you want great unique titles…

    you just need to install some SEO module..
