i use alexa.com / compete.com to find the traffic flow of a site . [ it gives the data for main domain only ]

i want to know the traffic flow to all the sub domains individually- is there any tool to find the same

You should be using some other type of statistical program rather than alexa.com / compete.com for ALL of your sites. Alexa and Compete are not current, by the time you see any significant change you are too late to react.

Alexa especially is well known for it’s inaccuracy all together.

Analytics is pretty good and free, you put a small Java code in the bottom of your pages and it tracks a great deal of data directly from the page. If you are using Adsense you can also configure it to help track your campaigns and goals.
