What is the code for this

when you open a web page there is a menu (HOME PROFILE COMMUNITY DONATE MEMBERS etc.) and when your mouse is over with it(e.g. PROFILE) the sub menu will open(e.g. About Settings Edit) and when your mouse is no more over it will disappear just like this website www.rtu.edu.ph
