You could use SexyBookmarks and your readers could email the post to themselves.

There is one called Post Notification that can send your posts to subscribers via email.

Or do you want users to be able to click on a button on a post to download and save the content of that post to their computer? There is a plugin called ContuttoPDF that converts content into a PDF file and they can save the .pdf to their computer. Here is the author’s site.
