And So You Code

NEWS: Check out my new Trailer clip @ bit.ly I just can’t get this great tune (of “Alors on Danse”) out of my head, plus being so very bored one night resulted in this video. More stuff can be found at spiegelwrites.blogspot.com If you are not familiar with uniPaaS – The most productive application tool for true agile application development, read about it at: www.magicsoftware.com For those who are not familiar yet with the original hit song – This is of the talented Belgian artist: Stromae. The original hit song is called “Alors on Danse” – The greatest hit song of summer 2010. Let’s see if this one reaches Code Monkey fame… Learn more about uniPaaS by looking for uniPaaS Tutorial and examples on youtube. With uniPaaS you can keep coding and scripting if you like to in J#, ASP, C#, C++, Java, PHP, SQL, HTML but use uniPaaS to do the more cumbersome tasks. You can easily integrate your code or script in your uniPaaS Project. I wonder if this could ever make it to “YouTube Rewind 2010: Year in Review” – nahh 🙂

@MilanKragujevic yeah, you know the shortest programming joke? – “php programmer” 😀 cheers!

The number of views clearly shows how many programmers there are today on the internet…There are actually a lot of them 🙂
I have 2 years of experience in C++ and I really don’t want to ever work as a programmer…not my style of work, where you can’t have your free time of how much job you have and how many errors you have to correct yet you struggle to just find them let alone fix them.

So all the respect to programmers but 3D design is already too hard, I don’t need something harder.

@MilanKragujevic explains a lot. Loved Unix back then. Dam, still love it… plus Linux becomes better and better 😛

@CybuhDork In that case, you are absolutely right i guess. 🙂 Cheers.

@ShadowDreadblade When I said “Both of them are ass-slow” I meant that PHP and JAVA (not C/C++) we’re slow, of course it does depend on how you code, but scripting languages like PHP have their limits, and their limits are way bigger than C++ or even more – assembly. You’re right about it being inefficient for devs to code in such low level langs as assembly, but sometimes even web apps require maximum performance. Overall, I was trying to say that you can use any lang just like php for webdev.

@CybuhDork Assembly? Okay, take your time doing that. No problem. Of course assembly is fast, but it isnt easy or efficient to code something in assembly if you need something a little big and you have not much time to spend. But yes what you said is right. C++ and PhP are not ass-slow. Of course it depends how you code.

the closest to what I do is :59

@ShadowDreadblade Both of them are ass-slow. You can code web applications with any language that generates an executable. Thus assembly is the fastest choice even for web applications 🙂

@MilanKragujevic Yeah i love PHP, total free, you install a wamp server pack and you got MySQL, then you do whatever you want. But java is also good. Javascript also. Actually PHP is based on C and its totaly different from the others. I mean, you code for browser applications with PHP, when C++ and Java create other stuff. But anyway, PHP rulez.
